Half Term is here !

How on earth that has happened, I have got no idea! The time has flown and the children have been amazing in settling quickly into new routines and achieving well in all aspects of their learning. This week we have had several IPC Exit Points which have really celebrated seven weeks focused on a particular learning theme. Check our pages under Magical Classes where you will see a selection of activities and completed projects for each year group.

Year 6 had a fabulous Exit Point for their project on Migration.

Click here to see their special report.

This is actually continuing into half term as they have decided to take part in a sponsored journey to try and cover the distance from Afghanistan to London in order to raise money and awareness for the charity Refugee Crisis. They will be walking/cycling/scooting/swimming for the rest of October and would really appreciate your sponsors. Please pop onto our Just Giving page to read the children's sponsor story and sponsor them if you would like!

Finally, thank you for all your endless support. We have had a wonderful first half term, and all our Parent Workshops, Learning Celebrations and Exit Points have welcomed the highest numbers of Parents/Carers that we have ever seen. We are delighted. Please make sure you are checking the website and your email for news of up and coming events throughout November and December.

Have a fantastic break and finally, to end our first half term, we would like to celebrate this wonderful act of kindness:

Take care everyone.
